Determining which of the women who present in TPTL will give birth is difficult. Educating doctors to accurately measure cervical length addresses a gap in training for registered doctors in @healthinnovox.bsky.social.

🤰 Rebecca was barely halfway through her pregnancy when she unexpectedly went into labour.
Her daughter Luna still arrived safely after they both got the right care in the right place at the right time.
