oooo!! we have the round one w the ball but she barely uses it except at night, but the box w trash is intriguing!!! esp bc we have boxes around for her, but she uses them to snooze more :’) thank you!!!

white noise and a weighted blanket help ! but on the really bad nights i have to do deep breathing and try not to spiral on the internet
