From what I can find, these are refered to as Arctic Raspberries or Nagoonberries. They taste similar to pomegranate and have the same meat surrounding the seed deal as it. According to the Russian name it translates to “Prince of berries” and considered a rare berry.

I really need to start eating more fish regularly. I was SO happy eating this half smoked jarred salmon, parents added garlic and jalapeños for flavor and was DELISH! 🤤

Fuck these bugs 🤣 Caused so much terror as a kid. Been told they bite and when you see one slowly flying towards you, you just scream and run away. I believe these are birch beetles
