Went to check on my Pancake and discovered I made Mordor. #Pancake
An oven Pancake with pork inside an oven being baked. A staple in Swedish home cooking is baking a pancake in a long pan with chopped up cured pork belly inside. The Pancake slightly resembles a landscape with rocky mountains and a Giant Volcano in the centre.
