About 5-6 years ago, I started doing this. It is really nice to wake up in the New Year and feel good. Sometimes I miss going out and being social but I don’t miss feeling like crap the first few days of the year.

Just now feeling something. Thankful I made it through Christmas first. Lots of rain over the next week so I should get some rest. Double sauna use for the next few days. Hope your New Years makes up for the last week.
