Ok so Roosie ate the cannibal town people’s souls and that’s why they don’t have eyes/why they look like that. And Alastor isn’t fully like that but is grey skinned and smiling bc he is under contract but hasn’t been consumed (yet). And all the eyes around are the souls consumed by Roo.
