I feel like there are a lot of people out there that are being silenced through fear right now. If he takes your voice, he takes your identity. Stay strong, stay true, don’t bend the knee.

It sickens me to see these kids out on the streets protesting and grown adults screaming profanities and flipping them off. If you don’t like something keep on truckin along. No need for cruelty.

They are attempting a coup…

friendly reminder that the best case scenario over the coming years is that a lot of people say "I supported Trump but this isn't what I wanted at all" and when they do that it's gonna be really, really important that we say "welcome in," not "fuck you, we told you so"

Back in June of 2021 I stood in front of Trump Tower in Chicago and flipped it the bird. I still stand by my decision.

We all have guilty pleasures..

We all have trauma. So, remember the next time you look at someone and start to ask what the heck is wrong with them. Start training your brain to ask what in their life has happened to them that has led to where they are now. Have compassion. #TraumaInformedCare #SanctuaryModel

If you’re a struggling parent/guardian, please don’t give up. They don’t truly despise you, nor are they purposely making your life miserable.

Also, don’t forget you are doing a great a job. Quit being so hard on yourself. Take a deep breath. I am proud of all that you do. Thank you!
