@reckless.bsky.social @davidpierce.xyz off the back of the future predictions episode, I vote in favour of the consumer tech survey, but pls don't use Sonos as a neutral brand (and I say this as a Sonos speaker owner who likes his Sonos)

AI features in the app actually help me? Like the auto masking of the sky or people. Brilliance AI is actually really good. I've started using it on photos where I feel something is off but I don't know where to start. The best part is, I DON'T HAVE TO USE THEM IF I DON'T WANT TO

I'm so far away from NYC, but wins like this really motivate me not to give up. I can only hope the UK goes in a similar direction.

I never considered voting Greens before, but with the way @zackpolanski.bsky.social is going, I might be a first time Green voter next election

I'm currently trying to extract all my Dropbox files to my NAS, and it's been a NIGHTMARE. It takes so long, there's no real tool for it from Dropbox and also for me, I found that Dropbox had become very slow?

I suspect they had switched to cold storage or something, but it took ages to load

Thing is, I am not against subscriptions if they are reasonably priced and I get genuine value from it, but due to bad actors, it takes a LOT for me to trust a company with subscriptions. There is always weird lockins and inconvenience to exit the system
