Why? Why remake a movie that's not even 20 years old?
People like me that watched the original when it came out would argue that it's not even worth remaking it in live action as it's so much more limiting than animation.

It depends. When I went looking for the same thing, I found that most honey mustards have varying levels of honey, mustard seed, egg, vinegar, etc. The only way to get that exact flavor may be to ask the restaurant who their honey mustard vendor is.
