I DO blame them.. Ethics & player safety should be a top priority, and these threats and the negative impact on the sport should prompt CHANGE. At a meta level, we need U.S. legislation to prevent gambling advertising just as we've done for addictive tobacco products. The dangers are equally real.

Agreed. Especially hypocritical, as they support online gambling that has resulted in unprecedented levels of online hate, abuse, & threats to players every day. This problem didn't exist at scale until they opened that door a few years ago w/ DraftKings. They don't care about players, only profits.

What credible business wants to give their advertising dollars to a right-wing organization led by populist supporters? Answer: very few.
This is why we only see second-rate 'as seen on TV' products & online gambling service ads CONSTANTLY on their linear feed & digital streams. It's appalling.
