These are the books I read in January 2025. It was a good month full of great books.

Services are over and I'm grateful to have heard stories from plenty of community members.
My grandpa was a smiling, gentle giant and I'm happy I get to pick up that mantle. Rest well gramps.

I always love going to the Association of Rural and Small Libraries conference. Such a beautiful time for networking and talking home new ideas.

I had the opportunity to volunteer for the Humboldt Museum Member Appreciation night. Meet Stuart Burwell Brady, who grew up in Golconda and became a prolific singer in the 1920s.

I soooo long to hear what they were playing at my library in the 70's.

Just an update on the community garden. I like to spend a couple hours here in my days off.

The Holidays are pretty rough with everything getting more expensive. I'm lucky to have great coworkers and a great family. Life beats me down, but some great people bring me back up.

Getting the local #communitygarden cleaned up and ready for next year. It's been deserted for about a year or so there's still a lot of work to be done.
