"What truly creates an impact and influences change in large and complex environments?" is a question I often ask myself as a change consultant. Stumbled upon a possible answer in Gary Hamel and Michele Zanini’s book “Humanocracy”.

@bobsutton.bsky.social and Huggy Rao's "The Friction Project" is one book I enjoyed reading earlier this year. The book offers a nuanced conversation about forces that create friction and what leaders can do about it.
