Aquascaping, terrariums, ornamental shrimp, isopods, carnivorous plants especially Pinguicula and orchids
Had a gecko tank get infested with slugs, I assume one came on some leaf litter and then laid a billion eggs. Tried nematodes, beer trap and pellets but nothing worked so complete restart. Decided to do the other one at the same time

Some of the jumping spiders, 3 of the 4 as I don't have a picture of the 4th and it won't come out and pose 😑

The jumping spider enclosures, a good size larger than the typical recommended, they are active and as long as precautions are taken (good active food drawn towards the top and nice soft landings in case of slips) I think giving them the extra space is beneficial.

Troglodillo green spot, one of my dream pods and was given the opportunity to add these to my collection by a friend

Not fantastic pictures but my new Pikachu pill millipedes (Rhopalomeris sp. "Strawberry) captive bred from Richard's Inverts.
The images don't do them justice they are gorgeous. Figures crossed I can get them happy and breeding, so many around are wild caught would be nice to slow that down

Some time ago I took a chance and bought two metallyticus splendidus nymphs from eBay. I wasn't sure whether they were genuine as hadn't seen them available before and wasn't sure how hard they may be to keep healthy. 4.5 months on and doing great, getting colours and grown loads

Grizzly bear isopods, not particularly active and their defence when you uncover them appears to be sitting still... So effectively very pretty pet rocks 🤓

The Merulanella (or are they now 🙈) ember bees yesterday
One of the cheapest of what was until a few days ago Merulanella yet one of the prettiest.
The colours can be yellows through oranges to almost deep reds, some can have quite narrow colour stripes and others practically solid colour

Laureola sp. "Durian Spiky
Another of this week's additions and a real special one. These are actually a very small species but highly sought after, not as many pictures as they disappeared rather quickly being so small but once settled and hopefully breeding hopefully more images will come

Another of this week's new additions, Merulanella Yellow Arrow, I'm sure you'll be able to see where the name comes from with the yellow arrow shapes running down the back
