I’ve learned over the years to adapt to the utter failure of my ex and her family to properly manage time and keep to a plan. Since she’s now hours behind schedule, I prepared a little something so we don’t all kill each other on Christmas Eve Eve.

So I bought Campo de Grande Spanish Pork, and I can highly recommend. It’s Ibérico and just incredible. Tonight is flank steak for street tacos. Hands down the best grilled pork I’ve ever had.
