Trump deployed California's National Guard without Gov Newsom's approval.
Newsom needs to order the police AND the National Guard to arrest the rogue ICE and HS personnel. If Trump wants to send anyone else, they should be arrested, as well.

For those who don't know, the Super Bowl is pro-Trump, and pro-racism.
The NFL had painted the words "end racism" on the field, on both end zones. Then, when Trump announced he'd be attending the game, they erased "end racism," just for him.
