Waymos have problems under normal conditions last night only highlights the fact Waymo still has a lot of work to do. And that the average person is still better at driving and problem solving.

Waymos were not the problem but they didn't help the situation. There is plenty of evidence of them failing last night and the fact that Waymo stopped operations to prevent the cars from causing more problems for first responders and everyone else only reinforces the fact that they were a problem.
