This is my entry for the Sophisticated Stripes #spoonflowerchallenge that opened for voting today! I wanted it to have a textured, lacy look to it that would fit into a variety of home decor styles.

For this week’s Minimalist Cheater Quilt #spoonflowerchallenge I went with a simple design based on a traditional quilt block—I entered the pink one in the challenge but made a few other colorways to go with it!

For the Accent Wall #spoonflowerchallenge this week, I started with the idea of spring bulbs in forcing vases and it took a bit of a kitschy turn that I decided to lean into!

My Quail & Bramble Chinoiserie pattern was inspired by an experience I had as a teenager, when I attended a week-long summer camp in Edgefield, South Carolina that was centered around bobwhite quail and their conservation. (I was a very nerdy kid.)
