Because I was so curious about this green dish before, I went with a friend to an Iranian restaurant to try the stew. The appearance... was frightening, so green that it was almost black. 😂😂😂 The taste... shockingly sour!!! My face made the owner laugh. The more I ate, the more delicious it tasted.
