Locke is a SPARTAN IV, meaning his armor is significantly advanced technologically compared to the SPARTAN II armor. IV's have much more mobility/agility as well, and considering he owned Jul 'Mdama who was no joke as a Covenant Elite, yeah, he's a great fit for Hoseok.

Balloon Boy is an antagonist in FNaF 2, but all he does is disable flashlights. He's pretty harmless and honestly, in a weird sort of way, adorable. This is about the only character that can fit with Hobi.

It was pretty hard for me to choose a FNaF character that fits with Seokjin, but in the end it came down to me thinking Jin would look cool as a pirate. But Foxy is also one of the smarter animatronics, and to me that fits Jin really well.

If you're familiar with the Security Breach game (not RUIN, the sequel), then you know who Glam Freddy is. A generally good dude, with a lot of empathy for the game's main character. This mirrors NJ who is also quite emotionally tuned in.
