What does this say

My recommendation for anyone interested in playing Mario & Luigi: Dream Team: stop playing once you hit the zeekeeper boss fight. Youve exhausted all opportunities for fun after that.

replaying dream team made me appreciate brothership more. That game also has pacing issues and i get why thats a turn off for some people. but i found it generally fun the whole way through. It could be so much worse.

it sucks because most of the game before the zeekeeper is pretty solid. The middle especially is great. there are so many things i like about this game but Unfortunately it was made by psychopaths.

the giant battles feel like extended QTE cutscenes where if you fuck up too much you have to start the whole thing over again. I was abusing savestates by the end of it Especially because of those god awful motion controls.

My main issue with this game is how long fights last. attacks from regular enemies near the end of the game feel like they take a full minute to conclude. especially in the dream world. I was dreading basically every fight.

the zeekeeper fight is when the game drops off a cliff. That fight is fucking awful and it doesnt get any better from there. The entire end section just drags on and on and onnn And the game isnt very fun at any point during it
