So we finally have the seating plan for the July 2025 #Sumo tournament in Nagoya and I have a few thoughts. (1/Who knows)
1st off: Capacity is only going to be 7800 people vs 7500 at Dolphin Arena

So Chunichi is reporting that Mitakeumi suffered from a left shoulder subluxation and bruising of his ribs and hip during his win on Day 6 of the Basho. Still feel he shouldn't have fought yesterday, but given what happened, could have been worse.

Also I can't be the only one who feels Mitakeumi should have taken a couple of days off and come back around Day 10 or 11? Like, his last match seemed like he had no power off the tachiai and was taking it a bit too easy.

So another quick thought:
Shishi is not quite ready for Makuuchi IMO. He maybe stays if he gets to 7 wins, but I don't see him getting a KK this go around.
Also, I really wanna see the eventual Shishi v Anoishiki rivalry play out (Which I see happening in Jan if Shishi drops back.)
