Games release in the same week all the time. This would have been decided months ago. Look up a game release schedule and you might be surprised how many games overlap. Like Horizon Forbidden West released the same week as Elden Ring.

I think it’s because Sky Follower Bridge, the browser extension that lets you find people you follow on Twitter on Bluesky, flags you as Shiori because you have her @ in your profile. It’s a little finicky like that.
