For all the fuss about links, it turns out that the “best” way is… just not what markdown does. I didn’t see why it’s more obvious to put the attributes of a link before its description
And how is anyone supposed to type those arrow symbols? They’re not ASCII

With almost-eMacs key bindings I find it mostly tolerable

I managed to turn off all the stupid code covering “suggestions”. After t the third? attempt
Extra so because we’ve had copilot subscriptions applied to us and that was even worse than intellisense pop ups

I unbalanced my core significantly with just planks, so working on side planks. Which is actually really nice as there're progressions to work through (side plank, 1 leg side plank etc).
They are/were harder for me than planks by quite a way (see unbalanced)

I add chilli extract to things that taste nice. Lots of hot pepper do not (to me) taste nice. (Though scotch bonnet and similar citrusy ones do)
