Heya! The Miqo'te on the banner is my own character from that time, she's just using regular face 4 but with the cheeks ever so slightly scaled bigger (scaling faces *is* pretty hard!). To my knowledge, I think the only chubby face mod currently is this one: www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/141711
