Thing 1: Attended former workplace's Old Tymer's lunch and saw a bunch of friends I only see once or twice a year. Thing 2: The Lynx made a big comeback in game 2 to win their 1st round playoff series in 2. Bonus Thing: Finished a big project that’s been hanging over my head.

I bought my Dad new shoes for Xmas (exact same brand, model, color & size as his very worn-out ones) and he refused to wear them. Went to see him this week & he finally had them on.
I assume the Assisted Living staff who help him dress just put them on him.
