I give homes to people needing help with paying market rent. Some residents hate me and some appreciate everything we do to give them quality houses. HUD Property Manager is the best and hardest job I've ever had and I like it, most days.

This is the payment processor company's policy. If you have a different way to pay, like a check or money order, I'd look into that. I'm off today but spent time to find out why this happened and became angry that I have no power to remove or reduce the fee. 🙃

The company we use for online payments said it's the credit card fees that increased so they increased their fee to 3.1% of the rent payment. No warning. I have no power to change it so, they'll pay by check or money order and I'll process it free

We just finished watching the entire ER show. There are 15 seasons and each season has 22 episodes 😳 We work so it took about a year and a half but so worth it.
