Hard to get the same angle but here's the same store front in 2022. I went to high school in the area in the early 2000s and while it feels like the area has changed so much it also feels like its still the exact same as this picture from 30-50 years ago.

For anyone unfamiliar with the area here is a map that shows the land in question which is owned by the park board. On the google maps image you can see the private docks and how this public land has basically become an extension of these backyards. THIS IS THEFT!
