Overall, the reporting of BCTs across studies was limited, therefore we cannot eliminate the role of other potentially effective BCTs. More trials with greater use & reporting of behavioural science are needed!! 🙏 (4/4)

Interestingly, only one study reported using an intervention development framework and behavior change theory to guide intervention design. This might explain the limited rigorous use of theory identified in the NHS Low Cal Diet pilot evaluation 💡(3/4)
