Haha no I haven’t. But I finally started posting on Instagram. I’ve only had that account for almost a decade 🙂

I saw it in the theatre when it came out. I have a vivid imagination and the unknown scares me far more than the known. And there is so much unknown in this movie. That last scene haunts me still.

Blair Witch Project. I seriously couldn’t sleep for days afterwards.

I was waiting for my mom to get into long term care. I have been her primary caregiver since her dementia diagnosis six years ago. Now that’s happened I can really start to figure out what I want for myself. And go after it!

So true. I’ve been much happier and suffer less disappointment having scaled back my expectations. I’ve learned to meet people where they are at rather than where I expect them to be.

Respect isn’t something that the current White House exports so yup, elbows up Canada!

Agreed. There is too much voter apathy. People feel like their vote doesn’t really matter. And they don’t really trust politicians in general, regardless of party.

I usually go early but life got in the way this time. But I did vote as soon as I got home from work. My polling station is right in my building so for me it’s ridiculously easy.

After work. Agreed, this is super important.

With such a globally integrated economy this will be more challenging than people think. Take our beloved Tim Hortons for example. It’s owned by an American-Canadian multinational holding company. But franchisees are local small business owners and employ our friends and neighbours.

I absolutely am.

That amount is far beyond the reach of the average Canadian. Anyone who says we need that much is bonkers and doesn’t have their priorities straight. It’s elitist and entitled.

I block people consistently on X. I don’t need vitriolic, hateful, and disrespectful language in my life. I’m new here so I haven’t encountered it yet.

I have three all in ones. They are for three separate financial goals. I love them.
