I do really like tho how you class each weapon into different range types, for example short range slayer or medium range support. I would actually push for that change as i think that would make team building a lot easier. But i an curious, why make these changes?

Imo they are too similar to be separated. But i do like the idea of brellas being “tanks”. Although of the top of my head only brellas fit in that class and do they really need there own classification if that makes sense?-

I mean its an interesting concept to say the least. Although i find a lot of it to be sorta pointless for a lot of it. For example the “controller” role is just part of what a support does. You can make that same argument for the “balancer” role as well being apart of the slayer role-

I absolutely love the combat and catching the pokemon. Running around and all of the character designs and there personalitys. But the way the story was handled was poor and its so sad because the story of kalos is incredible and genuinely so peak.

The game was relatively easy and straightforward, even for me who hasnt played many pokemon games. Also getting the shiny charm is annoying as fuck why do i gotta fight 1000 trainers!? Overall i give the game a solid 5.5/10.

The game as a whole felt a little rushed? There was so much that was re-used. The graphics as most people know are questionable but hey the game runs very smoothly. The over-world being limited to only lumiose city was a stupid idea imo and lumiose as a whole felt similar almost everywhere i went

The battling system was something i disliked at first, but then heavily grew on me once i played online battles. You have so much freedom and mix and matching moves is a lot of fun. I do dislike tho how the mega greninja is locked behind online (which you have to pay for) but whatever.

Also the way all the characters pose when they mega evolve there pokemon is hype as fuck i need to see more of that in the dlc. The best part about this game tho is just the atmosphere, running around and interacting with Lumiose city and catching different Pokemon was really well done.

The character designs where incredible, each character you met has a unique personality and all pop out a lot. All of there fights where really cool, but i dislike how the fights where re-used so many times. Like i just beat ivor and promoted, then i gotta fight him again 20 minutes later 😭 ?

The story missions got sorta repetitive especially the ZA Royale and the mega battles. The saving grace to this was the gym like battles to promote up to the next rank. The movement and controls i thought were done well tho, running across rooftops and doing the lil jump was really fun.
