Some of you may have picked up by this point, I'm talking about AI. Why would it be okay to steal a *lot* of things, blend them together, and sell it off as their own work? Add in burning the environment for extra kicks. Anyone commercialising anything made by AI is a thief and deserves nothing.

What they don't do is steal assets, claim them as their own, and try to sell them on to make money.
That would be immediately called out as theft, and noone would buy their stuff. Similarly, anyone else who steals things and sells them off would be a thief, and shouldn't have their stuff bought.

Because they may want to eventually make avatars to sell, they're buying the commercial rights to reuse and sell those assets as part of a larger model. This is more expensive than just buying it for personal use, but it's what you do when your intent is to sell the final product.

Even if AI had no environmental impact, it's still built on the theft of art, and honestly makes a crappier version of it. If you can't afford to hire real artists to make your games, they aren't good enough quality to deserve a price tag

It's perfectly reasonable to say "it's not my style". Not everything will be your style, and that's okay. You just say so, and leave.
What is not reasonable is to dunk on someone for something that does not hurt anyone. It's just a matter of personal taste, and that thing brings them joy.
