You probably dodged a financial bullet there :P I don't play much now but when I do it's Cube draft (build a self-contained box set for you and friends to play) or Pauper EDH (uses all Common cards), so the cost is reasonable.

I highly recommend. I think I'm about half way through. It's from a Taiwanese developer, the mix of Taoism & cyberpunk is really interesting.

It's been on my to-play list for a long long time, but always get distracted by something new.
