I think the CrAg will help you risk stratify but would LP irrespective of titre ?fluconazole for pulmonary only infection if LP neg. I used to have this debate with my colleagues in .au in immunocompetent patients with gatti also sans neuro symptoms. Can’t recall a case I didn’t LP.
