It would happen to me all the time.
If you can, get a blood or stool test from your doctor. And take sample/test when you are unwell, then book the doctor appointment for results/discussion.
As always, it's down to timing.

My father grew up in the shadows Yarrahapinni mountain close by.
South West Rocks is my favourite spot around there. A calm bay next to a wild rugged coastline.

Our shower base leaked and rotted the base plate timber. No insurance cover on leaking shower bases.

Photograph the measurements of stud centres to help mounting stuff after the tilings done.
If you get a slit drain, have it custom made with no sealed joints for outlet and ends.

They were walking in Rome last week and King Charles drove by with all the fanfare. About a metre away.

Our creek six weeks apart, it is normally dry, sometimes for years.
We've had erosion problems recently, the first time in 25 years.🤯
I hope the dry extremes that will come aren't as bad as this wet period.
