Hay muchas cosas que son nefastas: el tráfico, la contaminación, es carísima…pero tiene su magia en algunas partes. Los parques, los museos, el centro histórico, Coyoacán. En fin, es fea en mucho pero también tiene cosas lindas.

Not only that, but in some places, gentrification is very heavily state led. Local governments place nice amenities as a way to entice gentrifiers, and place these *only* in areas that are gentrified/gentrifying. In CDMX, bike infrastructure correlates heavily to Airbnbs and urban redevelopment.
