Really well. Kept expecting the other shoe to drop but other than a few minor hiccups with the point of sale system it was great.

Ha! Probably a combination of never liking finance, always wanting a restaurant and some crazy kismet. The trick will be keeping it open and not losing my house.

I’m opening a brunch restaurant in Coburg (a couple miles north of Eugene). It’s all I have been doing 24/7 for the last 6 weeks.
