Honestly, I can see Ash rotating between all of his different Pokemon but bringing back some of his Unova mons and letting them evolve mainly Emboar bc he's Z-A starter

Ogerpon wants to help and try to bring back Kieran back to his senses or whatever, it's been a while

and finally Ogrepon would also be a temporary friend, not an official catch but similar to Jigglypuff, she would follow Ash to Blueberry Academy and battle with him against Kieran bc Ash's goal is to defeat him after Kieran's whole edge lord Arc

I feel in the Anime Scarlet and Violet would have a mix between the games and so he would befriend Koraidon which is how he would traverse Paldea and befriend an Iron Bundle bc it seems like the friendlier Paradox Pokemon who would help him in Area Zero

In rotation Ash has a Lokix

and Primeape returns and evolves into Annihilape

Cetoddle is a baby Pokemon, much like Lapras, that he takes care of until finding its family much later in the mid-late arcs

The Pokemon anime is kinda slow when it comes to evolutions so for his primary team we have

Pikachu with a Water Tera, although Flying works too

Fuecoco who I think would stay in its base form much like Totodile

Frigibax which would be a late series addition
