Screenshot of State of Wisconsin DWD (Department of Workforce Development) webpage for creating work permits for children 12 and older. The button "Create New Minor" immediately drew my attention before I read any of the description text on the page. Right away I thought, "But I already did that part...?" before I realized what they meant, lol. Then I read the text on the big blue link at the bottom: "Learn how to search for or create a minor". Dear State of Wisconsin - there is probably a good way to say that, but this isn't it!
