I read a little bit of everything though spend a lot of time with fantasy, urban and otherwise.

For writing and reading I generally prefer first person. I enjoy the feel of embodying the character and being forced to deal with that slice of a perspective. Plus it feels infinitely more intimate to be inside the protagonists head.

On the plus side, the new story is an erotica parallel story with my Pokemon ZA playthrough so I'll probably drop it for free unedited as I go. Then again, the last time I did that was a decade ago and I gave up halfway in. So 🤷‍♂️

Technically I use them because they bought Smashwords which is where I originally published my stuff. No complaints here. They don't limit my beast smut and I even saw a brief sales bump the last year they took over for whatever reason. But I haven't published anything new in a decade.

Still plugging away at my story when I can find the time. Hopefully down to a few chapters to write. And then mustering the motivation to edit.

Still working on my story (almost 45k words now) but here's a little snippet at least.

I used Smashwords.com which became Draft2Digital. It can push out to various other storefronts and you can even tweak that by only allowing certain platforms if you want to avoid Amazon.

And the original inspiration no longer makes sense. I desperately don't want to cut it out, but this story makes so much more sense without it.

Now if only I could get off my metaphorical ass and edit the two other stories that I've pretty much finished the first drafts of. 😑
