Lunch! Prepped the dough in the morning, prepped the pizza after the banana bread was removed from the oven, and threw the pizza in there once the temp was up. Toppings are turkey pepperoni, sweet onion and pickled sweet peppers from Gwen's garden.

Lunch! Incorporating the Peruvian pesto sauce into different recipes. Used it to make potato salad instead of using mayonnaise. Also added fat free Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese. Chopped celery and spring onions, and one red bell pepper from Gwen's garden. It was so delicious.

Dinner! My dad brought over some homemade chicken soup which was super delicious! I also got a chance to bake some buns this afternoon, so that was a nice addition to the soup.

Dinner! Vegetable lentil soup. It's made with sauteed onions and celery, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, spaghetti noodles broken up into one inch pieces, lentils. Seasoned with garlic, ground cumin, ground turmeric, ground pepper, and a few bay leaves. Salt to taste.

Lunch! Beyond Burger with onions, homemade pickles, American cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. For the bun, I added everything bagel seasoning into the dough and a dash of ground turmeric for color. Served with air fried fries with mustard drizzled over them.

Homemade pies are on a different level. The reason why they taste so good is because you know the love that was put in them with each bite. This sweet potato pie came out so good!

Lunch! Homemade "refried" beans with seasoned rice and a corn tortilla quesadilla. Topped with salsa made using peppers from Gwen's garden. Does anyone else enjoy the burnt crispy parts of the rice from when it cooks in the pot?
