once again capitalism takes a movement towards liberation and exploits it for profit in the moments it is profitable, and in the process spreads misinformation and fear among people who do not have the context necessary to experience others’ liberation as their own liberation

obviously at the root of people’s hatred is a fear of what has been punished in themselves—attempting to destroy that which is different and liberated. they are falling into line forcing this oppression on others.

i would love to see more representations of diverse people that are full of life and nuanced. i wonder if these truly evil companies profiting off a group that they currently see as profitable to represent is part of what is making people believe that children are forcibly being transitioned?
