Got my tablet in the kitchen so I can MST3K while cooking. I love Turkey Day, although I got up an hour late. Looks like I'll be celebrating an extra hour tonight.

Not much sleep tonight. Again. Sleep hygiene is difficult to maintain after more than a year of insomnia. Too much coffee can be the scapegoat this time. What helps you sleep?
