So, just wow. I'm at a loss for just how incompetent these people are. Either that, or they feel immune to consequences for doing illegal and disbarable shit. The joke is you can indict a ham sandwich at GJ. And they can't even drum up evidence in grey areas or coverup their making shit up.

The constitution doesn't allow for impeachment 9r recall of congress people. They can be removed for cause as George Santos was or voted out. Additionally, he can be removed as Speaker.

If you enjoy magic school books, but are boycotting all things potter, Naomi Novik's Scholomance series is amazing. I don't usually cry when I read, but this one had me bawling.

I read an article that talked about why GRRM might have zero motivation to finish his story. The TV show already went past his written material, and now he's got all this stress to tell that story either the same or better.

Right? I mean if GRRM approached Sanderson and asked him to take on the story, the way that Robert Jordan did while on his death bed, then sure. But just because we want it as a fan, doesn't mean we are owed it.

maybe, but for me, it would be hard-pressed to improve the olives above moderately gross. Basically, I couldn't stomach the flavor regardless, so improvement would be relative.

My wife and I spent a day and a half of our honeymoon in Venice, and as I walked around I recalled playing the video game Assassin's Creed II, which a huge portion of took place in Venice. I told her, I've been down that street. There's treasure in the top of that building... etc. It was a blast.

I also have an Enhanced Drivers License with a Veteran tag and I have my passport card. I don't have any immigrants in my family for at least 4 generations and my maternal grandfather's family has been here since the 1600's. And I'm not sure I couldn't be swept up if they really wanted to.
