I suspect that many of the issues (words that do not exist, words misspelled, names unexplained…) Are actually unimportant to the casual user and, probably happy to say, why not? Do we need to live in a world where everything is precise to the closest pixel?

Absolutely correct! There are aspects of Tallinn street naming which are particularly weird… This one, on the other hand, is singled out particularly because of its name and the legal excuse is legitimate, while the same legal excuse is rarely used elsewhere. And I cannot imagine why 🤣
