Sorry about the rant but I've had it. I am so fucking mentally and physically exhausted every night, it's not even funny. Oh, and the not having enough people? Out of the last 4 nights I've worked, I have NOT got my 1 and only break (30 min) 3x and I've been extremely dehydrated because of it!

AND THEN! Sometime after that, they're going to fucking add a line on, moving shit around, again, and making more work, again!! I'm all for new machines and remodeling but if you have the budget fir all this, YOU HAVE THE BUDGET TO HIRE MORE FUCKING PEOPLE!!! You just don't want to!

All this ON TOP of fucking remodeling the entire fucking lab and shoving all the equipment and people into a fourth to a third of the space FOR WHO THE FUCK KNOWS HOW LONG!! Oh, I'm sorry, until they're done.

We only have 3 FT people, 3 PT! Making it nearly fucking impossible to call in sick or taking time off! And to make it worse, they're looking for vonteers to take on a shit ton of hours the next few weeks on 2nd and 3rd shift, BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO COVER EVERYTHING!!
