I'm an animal communicator with a mission to help us bond deeply with animals to heal the planet. Follow me unless you're here to talk about animals, art, nature, or energy healing. I'm also an amateur nature photographer.
Images from Western Washington. Sometimes this place is so beautiful it becomes a natural distraction, in a good way.

I took these photos nearly a decade ago. I find nature photography meditation. #washingtonstate #naturephotography, #ducks #birds #landscape #green

I took these photos in Bellingham, Washington between 2012 and 2014. I'm fond of all birds but crows are my favorite bird. This one is revealing synchronicity. Crows often land on street and other signs as communication. Towhee in tree

#landscapes #photography #nature #naturephotography #WhidbeyIsland

In 2017, I went in search of a bird sanctuary on the south end of Whidbey Island, WA. Instead, I found the sculpture park which was created by Buddhists. I mostly had the park to myself.

#Vermont #landscapes #photography #nature

I took these photos in southern Vermont, near Wilmington the summer of 2022. The sun was bright that day, there were crickets in the background and deerflies out on the attack. I saw quite few butterflies.

#Whatcomfallspark #nature #birds

It's strange that when I attended college in Bellingham during the 1980s, no one told me about Whatcom Falls Park. But I immersed myself in the park from 2012 to the end of 2017.

If you are fortunate to live in a city surrounded by nature, remember to go outside & immerse yourself in beauty. It's healing.

I took these photos years ago when I was fortunate to have lived in Bellingham. I miss those days when I roamed freely with my camera and took nature photos. Bellingham was taken over by wealthy people. Now unaffordable.

When I'm out with my camera I enjoy taking photos of other people's dogs. Dogs are an expression of pure joy and playfulness.

Birds in Bellingham, Washington, Whatcom Falls Park, I believe this was in 2014 or 2015. #birds, #goldeneyeduck #stellarjay

Great Blue Heron at an industrial site in Pittsburgh, fall 2023. I saw the bird when I was taking a walk near the Lawrenceville neighborhood. #greatblueheron #birds, #cities, #travel

A raven I spoke to one day on a walk in the South Hills neighborhood of Bellingham, Washington. I don't recall what year this took place. I didn't see many ravens in the city so this was a magical experience. And the raven posed for the photo.

More photos from my visit to the National Aviary in Pittsburgh from 2024.

I liked roaming around in a space filled with birds from around the planet. All the birds got along with each other. I think birds are more evolved than humans in this regard.

In 2024 I visited the National Aviary in Pittsburgh. At least in one of the spaces, visitors interacted with the birds.

I met this guy sneaking around a marsh in the Cordata Neighborhood of Bellingham WA. It was during the spring of 2017. I went back a week later and he was gone. Glad I had my camera that day.

I think I've been obsessing about #JaneGoodall. I produced a video tribute to her today, on Buzz and Bark Animals, YouTube. I also wrote two Substack posts for next week.

My prediction is that more people will start caring about #animals and more people will take up a #vegan diet.

When I watched Dr. Doolittle w/ Rex Harrison, I didn't believe people could really talk to animals. It was a fantasy, right? Flash forward...I talk to animals using mostly telepathy. It's not for fun. It's a healing practice for animals & humans. #animalcommunication #animals #telepathy

During challenging times we get lost in our thoughts. And when we get lost in our thoughts, we often neglect the needs of our feathered and furry ones.

Remember that animals carry our stress and our burdens; sometimes our diseases. Please take time to reassure your pets that they are safe & loved.

Some days I need the calm and peacefulness of a female mallard.

I would love to see more animals and nature; not political posts.

I love healing with crystals. I use crystals in my work with myself and animals. It makes sense since everything in the natural world is connected by frequencies.

For anyone wanting to learn to work with crystals as a healing therapy, start with clear quartz. This is a master crystal. #crystals

Some of the misconceptions about animal communication that I encounter are: 1) That animals aren't spiritual or that they don't believe in a Creator-God. 2) That animals aren't wise about human behaviors. 3) That animals can't manifest the way that humans can. 4) Animals are compassion in action.

To say that birds are magical seems like a cliche except they are mysterious and enchanting creatures. They fly. They hang out on the tops of trees and have a different view that we do of the planet.

Some dog breeds are clingy and some breeds are more aloof. I think this also shows us where our consciousness lies. Do we also need to be needed? Or do we see ourselves as freedom lovers.

GSPs are a clingy breed but border collies are freedom loving. Choose the dog to match your personality.

Yesterday I heard the labradoodle next door launch into a barking frenzy. Since he normally doesn't bark, being a good boy, I gazed out the window. I saw this fellow staring down the dog. #deer #buck #backyardnature #urbanwildlife #animals (Just hope he left no ticks behind).

Animal communication also involves intuitive, somatic and shamanistic skills.
