@nikkijayne.bsky.social very easy so long as you roll sprinkle it with caster sugar when it comes out of the oven and roll it up immediately before it cools! Fatless sponge/swiss roll on a baking tray (choc of course) cook, roll, cool, unroll, fill, eat (don’t share!)

If someone told me they’d be sending a taxi to my house to pick me up (how does he know my address!) - the only thing they’d be getting served for dinner is an injunction from a process server!

Everyone needs to be loved at some point even when they think they are but it doesn’t feel like it - so never forget to say I love you at least once a day - especially to yourself
