Since his hand wasn’t on the Bible does his oath count? Perhaps it’s his form of crossing his fingers. After all he probably has never read the Constitution.

Equally important is the fact that the law DID NOT ban TikTok. TikTok just needs to follow the law. Looks to me as if they banned themselves as a political stunt.
