Having a bit of a hard time with this slower beat. I'm throwing words at a wall, trying not to get too ahead of myself with this part of the story, but I'm impatient...

I have a chapter called 'The Man from Old Idaho'. I have no clue why this guy is from Idaho, but I really like the sound of it.
Also a 'Old Idaho' implies that there is a 'New Idaho' somewhere in the far flung future.

Yeah I'm miserable when it comes to interior design, but I needed to get the general idea of what the Bunk Room looked like. I have aphantasia, so I can't see things in my head; I have to draw it. :D

I got coordinates for my first uncharted planet! I'm not going to go to it right away; I need to flesh that part of the story out... here's the planet that I got:
Wild. Space Faring. Has a systems dealer, a mechanic, racing, and fuel. It costs 40 credits per gallon on fuel. Yeesh that's expensive.

I have over 10k words, six chapters, and only go two mission done. I don't think I've ever written this much in this little bit of time. The funny thing to me is only doing two missions. I've been unlucky rolling 1's when I go to the mission boards.
Maybe I'll have luck on Unity.

Sparkling beasts, floating like fish in the sea in the starry black sky, moved about the ship like a partner in a dance meant for just them. Nobody knows how these creatures exist – they just do – but everybody agree that harming is incredibly bad luck to any space faring being.

I haven't gotten to this part yet, but I'm interested in seeing how relations between the different races in my little story goes. So far, there hasn't been any headbutting, but we'll see...

Rosy let the sentence hang, but a smile crept up as she continued scrolling. Elula’s face scrunched and she started to grumble.
“I don’t want to fuck the dealer.”
“You’re making an assumption.”
She couldn’t say much, so she tossed the jacket onto the coat rack and left the bridge in a huff.

After giving myself a heart attack, I realized that I've been pulling the travel event cards all wrong. I thought I needed to pull one and use it every day, but it's only if I draw a 5 of 6 lolololol
So now I have a slightly modified version of how I do it... well if it makes this more interesting!

I picked up Dungeon Dive and two sections of MUNE to assist me. I know I don't need them to play, but there are times where I want to mix it up or I get writer's block. I can still use d6 and a deck of cards which is cool. I did get some glass stone for the Bag of Fate so there was a tiny cost.
