Burnt Bean Co Sunday brunch is like nothing else. It's not "BBQ" in the traditional sense although most of their brunch dishes include smoked meats like the barbacoa and brisket huevos rancheros, but honestly it's so damned good we don't care what category you put them in.

The variety of proteins & sides in Texas BBQ has never been better than now, and Interstellar's menu is a prime example.
Luscious pulled lamb, their take on hash & rice, sweet tea pork belly burnt ends, smoked scalloped potatoes, ranch beans, & homemade tortillas were our selections for this visit
